I’ve had an amazing experience at Wildfire Fitness. The combination of personal training and group fitness classes has completely changed my fitness journey. Amy is amazing at identifying muscular imbalances and creating programs that actually help resolve them. She has helped improve my posture, muscle spasms, and Achilles tendon injury. Friends and family have even noticed changes in my posture and overall fitness. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and explains the purpose behind everything she recommends.
